urbanshell uses 2 mm thick solid aluminum according to EN 485, sourced from Germany. The powder coating, certified to Qualicoat, is not only corrosion-resistant but also specifically "Seasideproof," meaning it provides protection even under extreme environmental conditions, such as those found in coastal regions. Thanks to our in-house powder coating facility at our Cologne production site, we offer flexible delivery times and a wide range of custom colors.
