How does the noise reduction work?

Shielding: The hood interrupts the direct sound path - this means less direct noise for you and your neighbors.

A reduction of 10 dB(A) corresponds to a subjectively perceived halving of the volume - noticeably less audible noise for you and your surroundings.

The best part: The function is retained, your heat pump continues to get enough air and runs efficiently.

All values are based on real measurements according to DIN standards – no laboratory promises, but proven practical experience.

How does the assembly process work?

Preparation

Measure the device, check minimum distances and unpack components.

Glue in the insulation

When using a soundproofing kit: Attach the insulation material to the designated locations.

Install hood

Screw together the side panels, lid and front – pre-assembled elements make assembly easier.

Use blockers

Prevents air short circuits inside – simply stick it in place.

Set up and secure the hood.

Place the hood onto existing feet or mounting aid and secure it with screws.

No special tools required. No modifications to the heat pump are necessary.
Even for technically skilled private individuals, assembly is easily possible.
